Cancellations will be accepted on the date of order placed. If you need to cancel your order, please do so by calling us on our freephone number between 9am and 5pm (outside these hours you can leave a message or send us an email) and we can arrange to issue you with a refund. 

Cancellations made after 24 hours from placing the order may be liable for any charges.
